A brand new review from Retro Corner is now available as we continue celebrating the month of horror with Splatterhouse 2. The sequel to the Arcade gorefest would see some improvement mostly its graphic department. The theme follows three later from the first game as the Terror Mask convinces Rick to go back to the mansion to save Jennifer.

A new edition of Retro Corner is up and in the spirit of Halloween i am reviewing Splatterhouse for the TurboGrafx 16. In the arcades during the late 80's, there weren't that many horror games filled with gore on the market. As you can tell by the cover, the game's character was based on Jason from the Friday the 13th because of the mask.
The Review This was something I wanted to start doing and it was reviewing grimdark fan fiction stories based on MLP. The first edition has me taking a look at a tale called My Little Pony SNES which a guy randomly finds outside his home. What he finds is game based off the Friendship is Magic series in the form of a Super NES cartridge. Will this become a unique and rare experience or something horrible waiting to happen?
The Review A review of The Runaway Rainbow GBA port from Generation 3 is up as I have the glorious pleasure of discussion this rainbow colored turd. Will it be as bad as it looks or will it somehow be worse then Mario is Missing?
Link A new blog section will be added soon and it will be dedicated to reviewing and discussion My Little Pony content. This will be called Pony Central and anything from editorials on the brand to reviewing content will be posted. Stay tuned as I should have the first article up by either Friday or Saturday.
The TurboGrafx 16 was a system developed by a company called NEC that wanted to have their piece of the pie Nintendo was getting. Along the way during that time, Sega was also eager to try and compete with Nintendo by releasing a 16-bit console called the Sega Genesis. However, overtime despite their marketing (it was cringe-worthy even back then), NEC would fail to take off because of the stiff competition between Nintendo and Sega. I could say that its library hardly compares to even the Sega Master System (Sega's first console) which also had about 50 titles worth playing. Despite the stiff competition, the system does have a handful of gems worth playing and collecting. In this editorial, I would like to discuss how this console became an afterthought during the fourth generation and why it was forgotten by gamers decades later.
